Client Portal & Invoicing Guide
Manage your OrynCloud account subscriptions, track invoice settlements, configure recurring payment methods, and download official PDF tax invoices.
1. Navigating the Client Portal
The OrynCloud Client Portal (client.oryncloud.com) is the central management console for all financial and account-level actions.
View active Minecraft servers, VPS instances, bot plans, disk quotas, and IP allocations.
Check unpaid balances, past payment receipts, and select payment gateways (UPI or Crypto).
Open high-priority tickets with technical engineers and view responses in real time.
Change master passwords, configure TOTP two-factor authentication, and review authorized logins.
2. Understanding Invoice Statuses

| Unpaid | Invoice generated and awaiting payment before or on the due date. | Service runs normally; renewal notices dispatched. |
| Payment Pending | Transaction initiated via UPI or Crypto; awaiting gateway webhook confirmation. | Locks duplicate payment attempts while confirming. |
| Paid | Funds successfully settled and verified via gateway HMAC/signature. | Instant server provisioning or automatic service unsuspension. |
| Cancelled | Invoice invalidated due to duplicate order or customer cancellation. | No payment required. |
3. Viewing & Downloading Tax Invoices
- Log in to client.oryncloud.com.
- In the top navigation menu, click Billing → My Invoices.
- Click on any invoice number to open the interactive online receipt.
- To download an official tax receipt for your business or GST accounting, click the Download PDF button at the bottom of the invoice.
4. Billing Cycles & Proration
OrynCloud supports flexible payment terms for all Minecraft plans, bot containers, and Intel Xeon VPS products:
- Monthly: Standard 30-day billing cycle.
- Quarterly (3 Months): Includes an automatic 5% multi-month discount.
- Semi-Annually (6 Months): Includes an automatic 10% multi-month discount.
- Annually (12 Months): Includes an automatic 15% discount (equivalent to nearly 2 months free).

Can I change my registered email address?
Yes. Under Account Details, update your email address. Note that your Game Panel email will also be updated during the next automated synchronization.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
Zero. All OrynCloud Minecraft and VPS hosting products include free automated provisioning, zero setup fees, and free DDoS migration filtering.
