Service Terms, Refund Policy & Fair Use

Transparent, legally sound guidelines governing customer rights, refund eligibility windows, acceptable network usage, and DDoS protection guarantees.

1. Official 48-Hour Refund Policy

OrynCloud offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee for first-time orders of Minecraft Budget and Bot Hosting products if the service fails to perform to technical specifications.

Refund Rules & Exclusions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via ticket within 48 hours of initial order timestamp.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as store credit due to blockchain gas fee volatility.
  • Dedicated servers and custom enterprise setups are non-refundable once hardware is mounted.
  • Services suspended for Terms of Service violations (e.g. port scanning or abuse) forfeit all refund eligibility.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all OrynCloud infrastructure:

  • Cryptocurrency Mining: Running CPU or GPU crypto miners is strictly forbidden.
  • Network Attacks: Outbound DDoS attacks, IP spoofing, port scanning, or stresser tools.
  • Malware & Phishing: Distributing malicious software, botnet C2 servers, or deceptive phishing sites.
  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting pirated media or unlicensed commercial distributions.

3. DDoS Protection & Zero-Suspension Guarantee

All OrynCloud Minecraft nodes and Intel Xeon Gold VPS instances feature multi-terabit in-line DDoS mitigation in Noida, India.

No Suspension Due to Inbound DDoS Attacks

Unlike budget providers that null-route or terminate servers when attacked, OrynCloud never suspends your service due to incoming DDoS attacks. Our automated scrubbing centers filter malicious volumetric traffic in real time while allowing legitimate player packets to pass through without interruption.

4. Resource Fair Use Standards

While bandwidth is unmetered, storage is intended exclusively for active server operations, world saves, databases, and plugin assets. Servers must not be utilized as public torrent seeds, cloud file storage lockers, or personal media archives.
