Billing & Account ManagementNOWPayments API v1.2

Paying Invoices Using Cryptocurrency

Pay for your game servers and Linux VPS globally using multi-chain crypto assets. Supported coins include USDT, BTC, LTC, SOL, ETH, and DOGE with automated blockchain settlement.

1. Supported Cryptocurrencies & Recommended Networks

OrynCloud utilizes NOWPayments with HMAC-SHA512 instant IPN validation. Customers can select from dozens of digital assets. We strongly recommend low-fee networks:

AssetRecommended NetworkAvg Network FeeConfirmation Speed
USDT (Tether)TRON (TRC20) or Polygon< $1.00~2 minutes
Solana (SOL)Solana Mainnet< $0.01Sub-minute
Litecoin (LTC)Litecoin Core< $0.05~10 minutes
Bitcoin (BTC)Bitcoin MainnetVariable ($1–$5)1–2 blocks (~20 min)

2. Step-by-Step Checkout Flow

  1. On your invoice at client.oryncloud.com, choose Cryptocurrency (NOWPayments) in the payment method selector.
  2. Click Pay with Crypto to launch the secure payment modal.
  3. Select the specific coin and blockchain network (e.g. USDT on TRON).
  4. The gateway will display a dedicated Deposit Wallet Address, a QR code, and the Exact Coin Amount.
  5. Send the funds from your personal wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom) or crypto exchange.

3. Accounting for Exchange Withdrawal Fees

Exchanges Deduct Fees From Your Withdrawal

Centralized exchanges (Binance, CoinDCX, KuCoin) deduct their network withdrawal fee from the total sent. If an invoice requires 15.00 USDT and your exchange charges a 1.00 USDT fee, you must input 16.00 USDT in the withdrawal field so that the merchant receives the exact 15.00 USDT.

4. Block Confirmations & Webhooks

Once broadcast to the blockchain, your transaction progresses through automated stages:

NOWPayments Webhook States
waiting    --> Mempool broadcast detected
confirming --> Required block depth accumulated (1-12 blocks)
finished --> Funds confirmed; WHMCS marks invoice PAID
               Pterodactyl API executes createServer()

As soon as the status transitions to finished, your Pterodactyl container is built immediately and login credentials dispatched by email.

5. Underpayment & Wrong Network Fixes

Underpayment Handling

If the amount received is slightly less than the invoice total due to exchange fee deductions, the invoice status will record a partial payment. Simply send the remaining difference to the same address or open a billing ticket with your transaction hash (TxID).

Sent on Wrong Blockchain

If you accidentally dispatched tokens over an unsupported network, open a high-priority ticket under Billing Department immediately with the TxID and wallet details.
