Account Creation & Game Panel Access

Learn how to register on the OrynCloud Client Portal, secure your billing profile with 2FA, and seamlessly authenticate into the Pterodactyl Game Panel.

1. Registering Your Client Account

Your OrynCloud journey begins at the official Client Portal (client.oryncloud.com). The client area handles your active subscriptions, invoices, UPI/Crypto transactions, and support tickets.

Navigate to client.oryncloud.com/register.
Enter your legal First Name, Last Name, and a valid primary email address. (Use an email you regularly check; all automated server provisioning credentials and renewal alerts are dispatched here.)
Provide your mobile number with the country code (+91 for India).
Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
Review the Terms of Service and click Register.

2. Email Verification & 2FA Security

Immediately after signing up, check your inbox for an email titled [OrynCloud] Confirm Your Registration. Click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)

Protect your hosting infrastructure from unauthorized access. Navigate to Account Settings → Security Settings and enable TOTP Two-Factor Authentication using Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.

3. Accessing the Game Panel (SSO)

OrynCloud operates a dedicated game control panel located at panel.oryncloud.com.

When you purchase your first Minecraft or Discord bot plan, our billing backend automatically provisions an identical user account on the game panel using your client email.

How to Log In to the Panel:

Direct Client Area SSO: In your client portal, click on your active service (e.g., Stone Plan - 8GB) and click the Log in to Panel button. This logs you in directly without re-entering credentials.
Direct Panel Login: Navigate to https://panel.oryncloud.com and enter your email address along with your panel password.

4. Panel Password & Credentials Sync

Upon your initial server deployment, an automated email titled Your OrynCloud Game Server is Ready will be delivered. It contains:

Welcome Email Details

Panel URL: https://panel.oryncloud.com
Username: your_billing_email@domain.com
Temporary Password: [Generated High-Entropy Key]
Server IP & Port: 103.xxx.xxx.xxx:25565

If you do not see the password email, click Forgot Password on panel.oryncloud.com and input your billing email to trigger a direct reset link.

5. Login Troubleshooting

Invalid Credentials on Game Panel

Your client portal password and game panel password are kept distinct for security. If your client password does not work on the game panel, use the Forgot Password link on the panel login screen.

Did Not Receive Verification Email

Check your Spam or Junk folder. Add noreply@oryncloud.com to your safe sender list. You can request a resend from the client portal banner.
