Paying Invoices Using UPI & QR Code

1. Instant UPI Settlement Overview

2. Payment Methods: QR Code vs Mobile Intent

Dynamic BharatQR Code

Ideal for desktop and laptop users. Displays a unique QR code valid for 8 minutes. Open any phone app, scan the screen, and authorize.

Mobile UPI Intent

Ideal for smartphone checkouts. Tap PhonePe, GPay, or Paytm, and your smartphone directly opens the app with the exact rupee amount populated.

3. Step-by-Step Payment Instructions

  1. Open your invoice at client.oryncloud.com.
  2. In the Payment Method dropdown in the upper right, choose UPI / QR Code (Instant Setup).
  3. Click the green Pay Now button. The gateway modal will open over the invoice.
  4. Desktop: Point your mobile camera or UPI app scanner at the QR code. Verify the merchant name displays OrynCloud.
  5. Mobile: Tap your preferred UPI app from the app list.
  6. Enter your secure 4-digit or 6-digit UPI PIN on your phone.
  7. Wait 2–5 seconds without closing the browser window. The invoice will automatically refresh to PAID and your server build will commence.

4. Resolving Bank Delays & 12-Digit UTR Number

In rare cases during peak banking hours, NPCI clearing servers may experience a 1–5 minute webhook notification delay. If your bank account was debited but the invoice remains unpaid:

Do NOT Pay a Second Time

If money was debited from your bank account, do not submit a second payment. The funds are safely logged on the NPCI clearing switch.

How to Resolve within Minutes:

  1. Open your UPI app payment history (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm).
  2. Locate the transaction and find the 12-digit UTR Number (also called UPI Ref No or RRN).
  3. Open a ticket at client.oryncloud.com/submitticket.php under Billing Department.
  4. Provide your Invoice ID and the 12-digit UTR number.
  5. Our reconciliation bot verifies the UTR and activates your server immediately.
