Eligibility & Account Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase and use services from Oryncloud.
Age group under 16 may only purchase services with parental or guardian consent. However, we are not responsible for any purchases made by minors, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, phone number, address, and email, solely used for billing and service-related communication. This data will never be shared with third parties.
Each customer account must maintain a valid email address at all times for service-related communications and billing.
Services Offered
We provide the following services:
All services are managed via Pterodactyl Panel, and billing is handled through WHMCS.
Payments, Refunds & Billing
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
This includes all services: game servers, VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, and bot hosting.
Duplicate or failed payments must be resolved by the customer through their bank or payment provider.
Auto-renewals are currently not enabled, but may be in the future.
24-hour grace period is given after missed payments. After that, services are subject to suspension or deletion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to file a chargeback will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
Users who initiate chargebacks will be blacklisted from using Oryncloud permanently.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any illegal activity
- Hosting malicious software or tools
- Abusing resources (e.g., overusing CPU/RAM)
- Disruptive behavior, including network attacks or attempting to harm infrastructure
Violation of this policy will result in instant suspension or termination with no refunds.
Data & Backups
You are solely responsible for taking regular backups of your data.
While we may perform periodic backups internally, we do not guarantee availability of those backups and are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
Uptime Guarantee & Compensation
We strive for 99.9% uptime across all services.
In the event of major downtime, users may request service extension compensation. No refunds will be issued.
Service Suspension & Termination
Oryncloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Violating the ToS or Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment after 24 hours
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abuse of infrastructure or malicious activity
Suspended or terminated services are not eligible for support or backup recovery.
Reselling & Legal Use
Reselling of services is allowed, but the reseller assumes full responsibility for their clients.
Adult content is strictly prohibited.
