General Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any of the services offered by Oryncloud.

This includes but is not limited to:

Game Server Hosting (FiveM, Rust, ARK, Palworld, Valheim)
VPS Hosting
Dedicated Servers
Web Hosting
Bot Hosting
Setup Fees or Custom Configurations

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued for:

Early service termination or cancellation by the user
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Purchases made by minors (even with family consent)

Duplicate or Failed Payments

Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made in error, a refund will be issued for the additional transaction only.

Failed Payments

If funds are deducted but not received by us, it is the user's responsibility to contact their payment provider or bank. Oryncloud does not offer support or compensation in such cases.

Downtime Compensation

We offer service extensions only in the event of confirmed downtime lasting more than 48 hours.
In rare cases where service is unavailable for 4–5 days or longer, we may issue a partial refund equivalent to the remaining service days.
No refunds are provided for brief downtimes, network interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Warning

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all active services without warning.

Users who initiate a chargeback will be permanently blacklisted from Oryncloud and denied all future services and support.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Payments

If a payment is claimed as unauthorized (e.g., child using a parent's card), Oryncloud will:

Conduct a thorough internal investigation

Make a final decision based on available evidence and platform logs

No refund is guaranteed, and Oryncloud's conclusion is final.

Service Cancellation

Users who cancel their service before the end of the billing term will not receive any pro-rated or partial refund.
Cancellation only prevents future renewals and does not entitle the user to reclaim previous payments.

Refund Method (If Applicable)

In rare approved cases (e.g., duplicate payment or extended downtime), refunds will be:

Issued either to the original payment method or as account credit, depending on the user's preference.

Policy Agreement

By making a payment to Oryncloud, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood this Refund Policy
Fully accept our no-refund stance
Will not attempt to dispute payments or chargeback transactions under any circumstance

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
